Hypertension Management
Hypertension is defined as high blood pressure above 140/90 and is considered severe if the pressure is above 180/120. high blood pressure often has some symptoms that can include early morning headaches, nosebleeds, irregular heart rhythms, vision changes, and buzzing in the ears. High blood pressure usually develops over time. It can happen because of unhealthy lifestyle choices, such as not getting enough regular physical activity. Diabetes and obesity can also increase the risk of developing high blood pressure.
